This luxurious Monforte farm with its antique décor is situated in the Alentejo hills and offers provincial-style rooms facing the gardens. Guest can participate in activities such as painting, hunting and wine tasting.

The south-facing rooms at the 87-hectare Herdade Da Chaminé come with unique oriental decorations or historic paintings. Each room has orthopaedic beds and a private bathroom with a granite sink.

Seasonal fruit and homemade jams are included in Da Chaminé’s full English breakfast. Dinner is served on request in the banquet room with exposed wooden beams, and consists of regional cuisine like fresh fish from the Atlantic.

Guest can admire the surrounding estate with its olive groves from the swimming pool area. Indoors, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a home cinema system with 500 films.

An airport shuttle is available to Badajoz Airport, a 40-minute drive away. The owner can also arrange bike and car rentals, and Lisbon is situated a 1.5-hour drive from the farm.
