Welcome to New Zealand, Auckland City and the suburb of Blockhouse Bay. We are the first Bed & Breakfast in the Bay area. Located very close to the Bay and Lynfield College, Green Bay High School and Auckland International College. Titirangi, Akarana and Maungakiekie Golf Courses are also only a short drive away. The Auckland International Airport and major network of highways are close at hand. Blockhouse Bay shops are an easy five minute walk from our B&B accommodation.
We serve the full West Auckland area including; New Lynn, Avondale, Mt Roskill, Blockhouse Bay, Green Bay and Titirangi.

Our accommodation is fully self-contained with a private external entry into the lounge sitting area which flows through to a fully equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed, electric blanket supplied, with a large walk in wardrobe for storage of your baggage. The bathroom contains a shower, hand basin and toilet. All areas have recently been completely renovated to reach an international standard of comfort.

The Continental breakfast includes; breakfast juice, cereal selection, fruit and yoghurt, toast and a full selection of spreads. These are supplied nightly for the following mornings breakfast. A toaster and electric jug are both on hand in the kitchen.

The kitchen has a stove and microwave with a selection of cooking equipment. Plates, great selection of glasses and mugs to go with a range of teas and coffee, sugar and milk which is supplied. A mini fridge is also at hand to cool your beverages and food.
